When can we have our tickets in our hands?

LMN produces a vast variety of tickets, raffle books and other items.

Many standard tickets using reflex blue ink are ready to ship in 4 working days, some in 2 days. The normal time for standard raffle ticket books is 4 days. Other tickets may require up to 7 working days.

You may choose our 48 Hour option, which is ready to ship in 2 working days, or 24 Hours, which is ready in one day. If you choose 8 Hours, your order is ready the same day.

These production times are, of course, subject to variables and additional costs. We generally need rush orders by noon EST.

Remember to allow time for proofing if you require a proof.

Please call for specific information on your order.

What is the shipping going to cost?

We provide FREE Commercial Ground Shipping UPS to Our Zones 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6

There is a $5.00 Handling Charge per carton.

Residential delivery is an additional $10.00.

What number will our tickets start with?

For standard raffle books and ticket quantities over 2000, start your numbers with 0001 or the next rounded multiple of one hundred; 0101, 0201, 1001, 1501, 2001, etc.

Digital numbering is used for ticket quantities under 2000 and any starting number can be used.

Consider that higher ticket numbers makes it appear that more tickets are being sold and translates into smaller winning chances to your prospective buyers.

How do we design our raffle ticket?

• The first lines should identify the organization that is holding the raffle and include the name of the event.
• The ticket design should list and emphasize the prizes being awarded.
• Be sure to identify and emphasize where the proceeds from the raffle will be used.
• Include the date, time and place where the raffle will take place.
• The ticket price is usually placed near the bottom with the licensing information, if required.
• Some states also require that the licensing information is also placed on the stub of the ticket.
• Use only necessary punctuation.
• Reading type in all capital letters can be laborious. Avoid using all capital letters and underlining. You may use capitals for the first letters of words and use bold and italic types for emphasis.
Keep it simple.
• We can place artwork on your ticket if you give us an idea of what you are seeking.
• If you have specific fonts that you want to use, please identify and we will do our best to match your choices.
